The location is accessible, the sunset views over the bay are superb, the room and building are spotless and well furnished, the breakfast is light and Italian‑style, and the host communicates very well.

Because of early morning departures I didn't use the breakfasts offered by the host, but the room had a kettle for quick coffee or tea, the location was great for day trips around Calabria, the area was quiet, the city was reachable by car, and shops and restaurants were nearby; the airport access was excellent. I can't think of any negatives.
