The staff is always helpful and smiling, very good and always available. The location was very convenient, close to the center and the station. The pillows were too thin and the water pressure in the bathroom was lacking; the toilet took half an hour to fill (we were on the fifth and top floor).

Nothing. The toilet stank, the window was broken, it was noisy, the elevator was broken.

The location was good. The parking advertised was missing, even though it was listed.

The facilities were decent, the room was a good size, and the location was convenient. However, the elevator didn’t work and no one offered to help with the luggage. During a three‑day stay, two nights had no hot water—apparently they were repairing it—so an alternative solution or compensation should have been provided. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping out and had to be re‑connected each time.
