The hotel’s facilities are pleasant and spacious, clearly new. The staff’s presence was noticeably missing… We were greeted by a young man who acted like a doorman, but he never explained anything, only handed us our key and watched when we entered or left the hotel. There was no café, restaurant, or bar service, and no one attended to us.
