“grande tranquillita'”
The staff, especially Mrs. Monia, were exceptionally kind, courteous, and always ready to fulfill our requests. The mini‑apartment’s location is a bit off‑center from the city center and the most frequented beaches, but that gives more peace and easier parking. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for three people. In some spots the ceiling is a bit low, but as it’s a loft that’s tolerable. Even though it’s a loft, we didn’t use the air‑conditioners much because the place stayed fairly cool. Overall, our short stay was very positive, and if we return to Roseto we’ll definitely try the “Casa delle Rondini” again. We recommend it for anyone looking for a calm, peaceful stay.

The place looks welcoming, clean, and tidy. It has everything you need to cook, clean, and shower. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the windows have mosquito nets and can be fully closed for complete darkness. Being in a quiet area made the night very peaceful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I’d gladly come back.
