The shampoo was actually really good, which is about the only thing I can say in its favor. The hotel's biggest drawbacks are the lack of an elevator, which made carrying my bags a real challenge, and the air conditioning, which barely worked. The stairs are steep, too, which didn't help. The room itself was a letdown - it was tiny, even compared to a business hotel, and the balcony was a mess with pigeon droppings all over it. The decor felt like something out of a student dorm.
