They didn’t even hand us a room. When we arrived, they demanded my son’s OCI card; I didn’t have it, and even though I was prepared to show a passport copy, they wouldn’t let us in. I was a woman traveling with my 75‑year‑old mother and my 7‑year‑old son, and it was pouring rain when the guy named Sajil KK deliberately refused to give us the room. I had stayed there before and they had never asked for kids’ IDs. I handed over both my and my mother’s IDs and was ready to present my son’s passport, yet this guy still wouldn’t give us the room. The rude receptionist Sajil KK shows absolutely no respect for anyone; he is the worst front‑desk person I have ever encountered.
