When we arrived, there was no light, the elevator had two broken doors that didn’t work, and items were scattered on the floor; suddenly the lights turned on, we were shown the rooms, and on the way we passed open rooms where people were lying on the floor, which was very disturbing. The rooms were old, dirty, and smelled of urine. We cancelled immediately.

The hotel's nice, but the food could be improved. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but the cuisine isn't particularly impressive.

The hospitality and dining here are top-class, with great food and cleanliness. The staff are awesome and the location is fantastic - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

This hotel really delivered - my room was clean and comfy, room service was quick, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I guess you could say the room and bathroom were pretty nice too.
