The room was spacious and clean, but the staff were unprofessional. There was no soap in the washroom; after multiple requests they finally bought a Rs. 10 soap and placed it there. There was no car parking and the hotel sits near a slum. Only one towel was given for three people, and we had to ask for more.

This is the worst property a person can book for a stay. This hotel is scam. 1. It’s just in front of slums. 2. Windows of the room are broken. 3. Untidy sheets in each and every room. They literally turned into grey. 4. The rooms were stinking like hell. 5. Washroom were unhygienic, looked like have never been cleaned in ages I didn’t ever stay here for 15 min. Horrible experience

Breakfast was charged but never served, the lift was broken, and nobody helped move our luggage. The service was terrible.
