Almost nothing. Terrible experience: a continuous nightmare. Highly not recommended! I stayed at Sant'Erasmo Rooms Standard in August 2026 after booking in February. I must advise against this place, especially for those seeking rest or with mobility needs. I clearly stated I was disabled at booking, yet I wasn’t told the property is on the second floor, only accessible via narrow, steep, tight stairs. Climbing up and down was a nightmare and it was almost impossible to get a large suitcase through. Because of these barriers I was literally trapped in the room for a whole week, only able to leave twice for cleaning. The building is dilapidated, dirty, and noisy: the whole building is in terrible condition with visible dirt and cracks in the walls. It’s impossible to rest: even at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. there’s constant chaos with shouting, screaming, and children running up and down the stairs. Basic comforts and services were missing: on the first day the cleaning lady forgot to give us toilet paper and the bathroom set. There was no way to hang clothes: I had to ask the property for a support, which bought me a new drying rack. I still had to dry underwear inside the room using the air conditioner, as opening the window was impossible. The bathroom lacked privacy: the wall didn’t reach the ceiling, stopping at three‑quarters height. There was no privacy and bad odors spread throughout the room.
