Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Kurpark. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war phantastisch. Wir waren genau 3 Minuten im Zimmer bis wir im Bad sahen, dass auf dem Boden sowie an der Wand und an der äußeren Kloschüssel noch Kot Rückstände vom vor Gast vorhanden waren. Wir haben dann ein neues Zimmer bezogen. Das Hotel machte einen sehr alten und dreckigen Eindruck. Auf gar keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel

“Agréable séjour”

The breakfast was fine, and we had access to the pool and the park. The room had no air‑conditioning and was too hot; the furniture was damaged, especially the small table in the living room.

“Nie wieder Best Western Parkhotel Bad Mergentheim”

The breakfast was at best standard for a 4‑star hotel that calls itself “Best” and “Premier.” The hallway rugs were spotted and dirty. The pool had black stains on the edge of the basin, the stairs to the pool were very dirty, and in the men’s changing room there were rust stains on the heater and doors. The standard room cleaning must be requested separately: “Hotel exclusive cleaning.”
