The only bright side is the onsite parking. According to Google Maps, the hotel is just behind a 7/11 near Mactan Doctor’s Hospital, which was the main reason I booked it, but it turns out it’s farther away than that and the location info needs updating. The Wi‑Fi is spotty and unreliable. The TV in the room doesn’t work. The air‑conditioning stays between 24‑31 °C even after I set it, so it never cools the room properly. The toiletries listed on the site were only a small bar of soap, unsealed and barely enough for one person, while the standard room is meant for two. The shower in the en‑suite has very weak water pressure. Most of all, the staff were indifferent and not warm when I asked for help.
