The spot was great and the staff were friendly, plus the breakfast had excellent coffee and plenty of food. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side and the air conditioning was hard to operate.

The bar staff are not very efficient, breakfast is very difficult because you can’t make coffee yourself and you have to wait for someone else to do it; if you order a sandwich it takes 20 minutes to arrive, communication is not smooth, and reception is often empty. Overall it feels unprofessional, which keeps this hotel far from a higher category.
