Perfect location in Tapovan. Quiet area with garden, pool, terrasse of Soul coffee. Clean rooms, nice staff and restaurants, recommend. Hotel water available. Swimming pool not really maintained, water not 2, clean inside. Beds a bit too short (178 cm long)

“Disappointing.”

The hotel sits conveniently in Rishikesh, just a short walk from Laxman Jhula bridge and nearby shops. The beds are fairly comfortable, though the pillows feel lumpy. Breakfast is decent but nothing special. They can arrange airport pickups or Delhi drops. However, they are slow to respond to messages; after I said yes to an airport pick‑up, it took days to hear back. The front desk is hard to deal with, with a general lack of attention to detail. The rooms and the building look dated and need a thorough cleaning and fresh paint. Our bathroom smelled strongly, as if something had died in the toilet or basin.

“だいたいよかった。”

The front desk staff were really helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our travel plans. However, the cleanliness was a major issue - the toilet was dirty, and they even asked us to pay extra for early check-in, which was a bit steep. To make matters worse, the yoga studio was musty and the mats were damp. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since it was free.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found hair on the floor and dust on the furniture, which was a bit of a letdown.
