The room was beautifully decorated, and the terrace was lovely; the property itself was very centrally located. The downside was the noise – the rooms lack proper soundproofing, so the central location makes it a bit louder than expected. Otherwise, everything was great :)
“A great, safe and cozy place to stay in”
I adored the terrace where you can see the mountain peaks; it’s quiet and relaxing after a long day of hiking. I arrived super early and, although the room wasn’t ready for immediate check‑in, the staff rushed to get me in a couple of hours before the official time. While I waited, I used the communal areas. I was worried about the low temperatures in Arequipa, but the room and bed were excellent – one of the most comfortable I’ve had on this trip. The location was fantastic, felt safe, and everything was within walking distance (the ramen shop across the street is a must‑try!). Nothing to complain about; everything was great, and I only wish I had stayed longer.
The service was excellent.

It’s close to the city center. The only drawback is that traffic congestion can be heard.
