Apart from the cockroaches and the bathtub plug that didn’t hold water so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi, the room was relatively clean. The front‑desk staff wasn’t rude, but they could have greeted us with a smile. We found two cockroaches in our room—one by the front door and one on the bathroom floor—when we returned from a concert around 2 am.
