The accommodation is not as advertised, only the air‑conditioning is good, the room lacks basic amenities. I chose Nhật Vân 1, but when I arrived I was moved to Nhật Vân 2, which was terrible.

The staff were very kind, attentive, and ready to meet guests' various needs. The place is clean and pays attention to all the little details so that guests feel very comfortable and at home.
