“Did not stay but we still had to pay-Ridiculous!”

I booked online for a sports event. Once we got there the lady told us we could only have a smoking/pet room which I could not do, due to Asthma and when we asked to view it she said I guasrantee it will smell like smoke. Then she refused to cancel our room, and we paid in full evn though we stayed at another hotel. Our grandsons sports team actually did stay there, his room had a leaky ceiling with mold on it, another oeam members door was duct-taped!. I booked online for a sports event. “Do not stay here!”

The place was a dump, the bed frame was broken, the toilet barely flushed, the room wasn't cleaned, and the ceiling was falling down. People were working on their cars all night, banging and revving engines, and it felt very unsafe.

“Great except not quiet.”

Everything was great except the noise. I didn’t get much rest because downstairs someone was working on a truck from 1 pm to 8 pm, then again at 8 am. It felt like a mechanic shop—very loud with power tools, and the truck was also noisy.

“We stayed here last year, and everything was very good. This year was not good at all.”

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Floors were very dirty. Our feet were black from walking on them. Had to have my keys recalibrating every day of our visit
