La limpieza. Cuarto algo pequeño

Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the staff were very friendly.

The room felt nice, the staff were kind, and breakfast was excellent. However, we could hear all the street noise, and the breakfast area was cramped when the hotel was full.

The stay was peaceful, but this time they didn’t bring us room service.

Nothing good at all – they cancelled us, left us without a room, still charged us, and no one has taken responsibility for the refund. They showed a complete lack of respect by leaving us without what we booked and still billing us even though we didn’t cancel.
