The staff never mentioned that parking wasn’t allowed outside, and when I went to retrieve my car in the morning the tire was locked and I was charged RM100 to unlock it; they should have warned me at check‑in since I’m from out of town and didn’t know the hotel forbids outside parking.

Convenient, close to public transportation and a mall. The curry smell from a nearby café is too strong.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Paradigm Mall. The rooms smelled of smoke, even though they are non‑smoking.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although I was informed about an additional payment of over 50 ringgits upon check-in, which wasn't mentioned during booking, I still had to pay it to get my room key. During my 5-day stay, I found the service to be quite lacking - there was no room service, towels weren't changed, and essentials like toilet paper, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste weren't provided or checked.
