No accommodation was given even after booking. The room I had booked wasn’t available at check‑in, so they told me to move to a small room that was inadequate. Then they offered another property that also didn’t suit us, so we returned to Hotel Siddharth, which was already fully booked. It’s awful to face such problems after booking; if the room isn’t available, why confirm it in the first place?

The hotel is a quiet oasis away from the city, with helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, room service, a large garden, and several balconies overlooking the mountains; they even offer two‑wheel rentals and tuk‑tuk contacts, which is super handy. Unfortunately, we stayed during a massive storm followed by a sandstorm, experiencing multiple power outages all night and day, and the pool stayed empty so we couldn't use it, though the staff compensated us.
