The location is in the city center and convenient. The bathroom is the worst I’ve ever seen, with grime accumulated over years of neglect, a shower that was awful to enter without getting sick, windows with sheer paper‑thin glass, and a pub right across the street—practically impossible to sleep until 3 am. Spending a thousand euros on sound‑proofing? Cleaning the bathroom? It’s even shared.

The rooms were pleasant, and we were given some fruit. The owner briefly introduced us to the city. The bathroom had soap and a hair dryer, and the rooms had towels. There are about three rooms with a shared bathroom. We ended up alone, so it was fine, but if the other rooms were occupied it might be less pleasant.

Posizione nel cuore del centro storico, prezzo davvero buono e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e accogliente. Anche se abbiamo cambiato l’orario di arrivo un paio di volte, ci hanno accolto senza problemi. Il bagno è un po’ datato, ma per poche notti va bene. Sotto l’alloggio c’è un locale carino che però può risultare un po’ rumoroso.

Ho riscontrato una perdita d’acqua sotto la finestra durante una forte pioggia; l’acqua è finita sotto il letto. Ho avvertito il proprietario e lui mi ha portato rapidamente delle asciugamani per assorbire.
