Everything was absolutely perfect. Karin, the owner, welcomed us warmly and shared the fascinating history of the Agriturismo. The location is outstanding, with breathtaking views of Montepulciano, tucked between olive groves and vineyards—our dogs loved it as much as we did. The whole property and the rooms have a unique, personal charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and both the breakfast and the vegetarian dinner were delicious. We got everything we could wish for and more. We’ll definitely return! There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect and went beyond our expectations!

The staff were wonderful and attentive, the grounds were beautiful and quiet, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed; I appreciated all the thoughtful decorations in the room and around the property. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, but I had to leave.

I loved the arty touches, relaxed vibe, and the sense that everything was at peace; the owners were so welcoming and it felt like they really wanted me to experience how they live, making it a truly special place. The only gripe was a fridge in the room that was empty, a kettle but no coffee, and otherwise there was nothing else to complain about.

I cannot find words to describe how perfect Fattoria San Martino is. It sits just below Montepulciano and a quick 5 minute drive up to the parking area if you want to walk into the city. The daily breakfast is unforgettable, with homemade yogurt, bread, cakes, beautiful fruit trays, and the highest quality food and most intimate personalized service. Breakfast with the view was such a treat every day and we will miss that so much. The grounds are beautiful and so much love has been put into this place; it’s truly a wonder.
