The staff’s friendliness was outstanding; when Uber couldn’t get a taxi, the hotel staff arranged one for us and the Korean‑speaking staff explained everything politely. Dinner was satisfying, and I’d recommend the tea and amenities; the only downside was that the ryokan couldn’t accommodate a late check‑out, but everything else covered that.

The location, set a comfortable distance from the streets of Yufuin, the private on‑room hot spring and the large communal bath were especially wonderful, and Naka‑i‑san was very kind during meals.

The décor is very beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, everything was perfect. We had an amazing time, even the highlight of our trip! Even weeks later I still think about it. No negative aspects. Thank you so much for everything; we will definitely come back 🤗

The on‑site massage, the private room, the dinner and breakfast were so good it was worth the trip. I realized too late that this facility existed; I wish I’d known about it earlier.
