I arrived late, but the security guard was friendly and the staff member was very helpful; when my phone charger broke, he even left home to fetch a charger for me. The owner offered tea with biscuits for breakfast, and I loved how quiet and beautiful the place was—no need to turn on the AC at night. I stayed just one night before exploring the area.

The garden is very pretty and well maintained, and the smiling owner is open to conversation and even offered fruit. However, the location is terrible, far from everything. Motorbike rentals are impossible, and any local driver charges exorbitant fees; the nearest market is a 10‑minute drive, while the closest place to rent motorbikes is 30 minutes away in Lovina. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and basic services like room cleaning, towel changes, and toilet paper were missing throughout the 5‑day stay. We advised the owner—who just reopened—to provide motorbikes for rent, but apps like Gojeck or Grab don’t work, so locals will charge outrageous prices, such as 500,000 rupia just to reach Lovina.

The host was very pleasant, greeted us with drinks, and even though breakfast wasn’t included, she made tea, coffee, and brought fruit. The room was clean, not worn out, and overall cozy—an excellent option for the price.
