This breakfast was undoubtedly one of the most memorable on my many trips, with a focus on local sourcing, homemade jams, and wonderful bread and croissants; we were lucky to book at the start and end of a busy work trip. The thoughtfully converted rooms made for a lovely night’s sleep, and the warm welcome and local dinner recommendations were appreciated. I think it was a wonderful stay.
