The location was very convenient, the food tasted great and was plentiful, and the bed was comfortable. They can store your belongings if your room isn’t ready yet and even after check‑out if you need to leave the city early. The ceiling fan can make it hot depending on the time of year. My window faced a ground‑level rooftop, so if you leave the window or balcony open anyone could get in, and with the blinds up you could be seen from surrounding windows; that lack of privacy and security bothered me. The shower had a curtain, the shower head was aimed at the curtain so you couldn’t leave it on the rack, yet all the water still leaked out when you showered even if you were careful.

“Muy buena experiencia”

The room was spotless, had a ceiling fan and heating, and the bathroom was small but adequate. The all‑inclusive meals were tasty, cooked in the on‑site kitchen with a view for guests, offering three starters and three main courses to choose from, plus a variety of desserts. The kitchen, dining, and reception staff were all excellent and pleasant. The location is close to the Ríos Rosas metro station, giving quick, direct access to the city center without complicated transfers. They also allow you to store luggage before check‑in if you arrive early and after check‑out if you want to finish sightseeing in Madrid comfortably. During my stay the property was very quiet, with no disturbing noises at night. Nothing negative to mention.
