“Terrible, no even towels”

This place is absolutely appalling—just nonsense!!! For 90 euros a night, we didn’t even get towels! You have to rent them separately for 4.50 euros each! Never mind the fact that you could probably buy a brand‑new towel for that price, if not less. It’s a disgrace—not even providing a small hand towel! Even the most run‑down places provide towels. We had a private room with an en‑suite bathroom—so, not the cheapest option—yet there was no hairdryer, and the soap was watered down and fixed only by the sink; there was absolutely nothing—no shower gel, shampoo, or soap—in the shower area. The taps are humiliating: they only run for two seconds at a time, making it impossible to wash your face properly or put in contact lenses—you lather up your hands, only to have to press the tap again with your soapy hands to rinse them off. It’s a nightmare!!!!! The bed wasn’t made; the duvet had no cover—just a flat sheet used in its place. How can you be sure the previous guest didn’t use that same sheet?! I toss and turn in my sleep, and that shared duvet ended up touching my skin—what if the previous person had a skin infection or something?! It’s completely unsanitary! The breakfast was pathetic—though I don’t really care about breakfast—but how can a place offer breakfast yet fail to provide a towel?? Book somewhere else; this place is a disaster. The beds creak and groan. Such indignity for a private room! On top of that, they charged us extra for no apparent reason (the price was 173, but we ended up paying 180€).

The building is nice, but the shared bathrooms are a downside.

The building is magnificent, the staff at the reception and the cafeteria are very friendly, the restrooms are clean, and the metro is a 10‑minute walk away. There are only about five or six parking spots available.

Nothing. This time Booking tricked us. Booking is not reliable. The bathroom is horrible; we couldn’t take a shower because of the shower. The bathroom with the damn shower. This is a shame!!!
