The location on the mountain was dreamy, with many hikes available from the hotel. The wellness area was great, perfect after a walk. The food was very tasty. The only issue was no water bottle in the room.

The staff were very friendly. Simon, the hotel manager, came to us both at dinner and breakfast and gave very useful tips for the evening and the day. The four‑course menu was delicious. The breakfast with freshly made egg dishes was tasty. The sauna area was very modern.
“Nice location, but food and spa left a bit to be desired”
The spot was great and the room was comfy, but the food didn’t live up to the place’s overall vibe. The wellness area felt a bit empty—no pool or hot tub to round it out.

The view was spectacular. The reception was very nice, the waiters were friendly, and the room was large, cozy, warm, high‑quality, with a unique valley view. From the start we were treated very well. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, something for everyone. Dinner was also very tasty, though it could have been a bit more. Overall I was very surprised by how beautiful it is and how kind and polite the staff are. The only things that didn't please me were small details, like signage for dressing, and there was no refrigerator in the room.

I can’t find words to describe my amazement – Amazing!!! The hotel is incredible!!! The location feels like a fairytale, rooms are luxurious, the food is insane. Absolutely a wonderful experience – I’ll definitely be back; highly recommend.
