The location was good, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the rooftop was nice. The floor of the room wasn’t 100 % clean but it was acceptable, and the pool area was a bit dirty.

Nothing was to my liking. The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was very dirty, there was no towel and the one that was provided was soggy, there was no TV remote, the place was too close to neighbours who could see you from outside, and the cupboards were old and dirty.

The price was cheap and the bedding was clean. If you’re a tourist, the hotel’s location isn’t great. It’s on the west side while most attractions are on the east side. If you want to reach the east side you can take a public ferry, but the schedules are unreliable and you’ll have to wait a long time, or you can opt for an expensive private boat. Also, because it’s on the west side, it’s hard to get a taxi. The breakfast window is very strict. The lights in our room were dim. Moreover, the front desk isn’t open 24 hours. One night around 11 pm we tried to leave but found the main gate already locked; we had to wake the owner to get out, which was an awkward experience.

The location was good and the area was quiet. The room was dirty when we arrived.

The hotel water didnt take forever and was actually hot didnt even need to set it past the middle. Wifi in lobby/common space. Staf was really nice in communicating information. Needed better wifi in higher floors. View from room was a brick wall. A/C worked but wasn't powerful, thankfully for ceiling fan to help make room cooler
