The place is tranquil and familiar. The room was clean with a good bed and bathroom. The environment is very quiet, and the area has good parking. The pool is small and has warm water; it isn’t really a pool, just a shallow basin. The terrace shown in the photos is private. The entrance room is private, but the window faces the street.

Truly charming and lovely hotel, nice pool, exceptionally helpful staff, well equipped kitchen with anything you could need for purchase, nice courtyard with pool which is necessary in Campeche, beautiful old building. Nice thing about these old buildings is that my room faced a busy square directly, as a big church festival was going on, and yet it was dead silent when I went to sleep. Exceptionally truly exceptionally comfortable bed and linens. Everything was perfect. Only reason I left slightly less than 10 points everywhere was someone might be bugged by the slightly shop-worn state of the cabinetry in the bathroom, slightly janky bedside table lamp situation, that sort of thing. It's an old building, and somebody looking for corporate perfection is probably not going to love as much as I did but they'd still be happy

I’ve been visiting for years and each time they add more amenities. The location is excellent and the rates are very good. I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent, no complaints.

We stayed in the two‑floor family room; the kids loved sleeping upstairs and looking down at the net. The room itself was very comfortable with its own bathroom. It has a bit of hostel vibe. Across the square there’s a nice restaurant, Los Abuelos. We were told in advance that we’d have to pay because the reservation would otherwise fall through, even though we had booked to pay on arrival. It worked out in the end, but it wasn’t very tidy.
