The receptionist is very pleasant, but the building is old and already smells unpleasant upon entry. The rooms are dirty, with spider‑webbed walls, black curtains, and no bulbs in any lamps. The bedding is old and only washed, and the spring mattresses are uncomfortable and unhealthy; they should be replaced first. A good night’s sleep depends on a proper bed, so this is a major concern. The bathroom is dirty, with stone around the shower, broken shower doors, a dirty shower head, and a moldy toilet brush. If you don’t renovate quickly, customers will stop coming.

“Tragedia nie hotel.”

Only the name "hotel" under Dębami. Everything from the owner of the three‑star hotel wearing a cap with a brim in tracksuits and flip‑flops, to the room that smells of stechlis, and the breakfast that could not be eaten. Does Booking check its offers, or does only the money from customers matter? I stayed only two nights because I had to, and for the third the owner did not refund me, only claimed it was a Booking issue.
