The hotel's convenient location was a major draw for me, as it allowed me to easily walk to downtown, Little Italy, and Balboa Park. The proximity to these attractions made my stay even more enjoyable.

At first glance, the apartment's size was a pleasant surprise, but as I delved deeper, I was disappointed to find that it didn't quite live up to the description. The lack of a washer and dryer in the apartment was a significant oversight, and the "kitchen" was more of a counter with a bar sink. The apartment's condition was also a concern, with signs of wear and tear, and the furniture wasn't in the best shape.

I appreciated the safe neighborhood and easy accessibility of the hotel, but the presence of stairs was a drawback for me.

The apartment had some redeeming qualities, such as the excellent air conditioning, great location, and comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was also impressive, and the apartment came with a range of amenities, including a couch, extra chair, and small dining table. However, I was caught off guard by the several flights of stairs leading up to the unit, and the additional fee for parking was a surprise. While there was street parking available, much of it was metered.
