I booked six rooms for eight people, but the first four arrived early and were given only three rooms; when the rest of us finally got to the hotel between 18:00‑19:00 because of weather delays, we were told that three more rooms were still unavailable, with no explanation. We were all crammed into a single room in block 4. The restaurant by the hotel, the friendly staff, and the tasty food were the only bright spots, but the hotel’s failure to honor the rooms I had booked through Booking was a huge disappointment.
