“Disappointed”
The cabin looked nice and was clean, but the garden was a mess of weeds and the deck was broken—there was a hole in the middle, a missing step, and the owner patched it with an unstable log that could be dangerous if you step on it. Basic items like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, and even shower gel were missing, and there was only a tiny shop miles away. Worse, we had no running water for half our stay. The owner had been warned by the city hall a few days before that water would be cut in intervals, yet she didn’t inform us. We stayed two nights: no water the first night, and on the second night it stopped at 11 pm and never returned, even after we left. While it was a city hall issue, the owner should have told us beforehand and at least offered a partial refund, but nothing happened. The owner needs to fix the water supply; other nearby cabins have their own. Repairs are also needed in the cabin and garden, and I can’t say it’s suitable for kids right now.
