The hotel is located near the railway station, has a good room, and the hot water facility is quick. However, there was no water, no light at the wash basin and mirror, no windows to view outside, and no lift. Room service was poor, though it was okay.

Nothing was good; everything was 0/10. The worst room I have ever stayed in—small, full of bad stuff inside. I complained to the receptionist, and they replied it wasn’t a smell from the room but from the hotel near the room, but I am 100% sure the smell is coming from the room only. The bedsheet was not clean, fully damaged, and the bath towel was the worst. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I do not like it. They are cheating. On 8/5/2026 I booked a room and sent an advance of 500. Since yesterday I have been asking for a refund, but they are not giving it. This is the worst and their way of talking is not good.
