WestCord Hotel Delft

Easy and good WiFi connection. The staff were friendly. The room size was very good. AirCon worked well. Location was very good, with easy access to Delft city centre. We used the hotel bicycles to travel to Delft and had a great time cycling for a day. Free parking on the hotel premises. We were given complementary breakfast and bicycles because of an issue we faced on the first night (this was a good gesture). The mattresses were awful. They were very soft. The pillows were very soft too, making the night sleep not very comfortable. We had 2 rooms and the shower in one of the rooms was blocked, flooding the floor. They addressed this issue the following day. We had requested to have a a room with a bath. This was not provided and we were told at the desk that it will cost 50Euros to transfer (this was the cost for the move and not the room price). This was poor service and didn't make sense

The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was good. Walking to town was easy. The bed was the best – after a long day of walking it was very restful! Nothing negative to say.

The staff were welcoming and the room was very comfortable, featuring a lovely bathroom and a wonderful bed, plus the bike storage was convenient, with no drawbacks to report.
