The location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and the café and housekeeping staff were all excellent, but the reception service was very dry (except for the receptionist Leandro); for those used to São Paulo service, the Paraná experience is a shock, with little information and no attentive care, though those familiar with Paraná know this is a cultural trait.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the area had great restaurants and bakeries nearby, but parking was paid and the parking area was awful; in my apartment there was a door that opened into the next room and I could hear everything from there, giving the impression that the neighbors were inside my room.
