I couldn't get into the room at all – the video they sent was blurry and the password never showed up. I called several times, got no answer, and ended up having to find another place to stay.

Sandra was fantastic – always friendly and quick to fix any problem. Unfortunately, another staff member never showed up, sent confusing WhatsApp messages, and the room I booked with a desk wasn’t available, leaving me with a broken TV and a wardrobe with damaged doors. We managed to make do with the other displays for my daughter, but the reservation mix‑up was a real hassle.

The room itself was comfortable and quiet, and the front desk staff were really welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast server, who seemed a bit rude when taking orders. Overall, a decent stay despite that hiccup.
