The reception was very welcoming, the accommodation was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a bit limited. The location is great for those who want to go to Venice, as the bus stops for the outbound and inbound routes are 100 m from the hotel. We recommend it.

The bathroom was fairly well equipped, had a balcony, the bed was quite comfortable, and the location was quiet. Old scratched furniture and some things didn't work; the hair dryer, TV, and remote control all failed to function.

The staff were friendly, the value for money was great, and it was clean.
