I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent overall experience, but one thing that really stood out as a letdown was the fact that they charge extra for access to the pool. It felt like an unnecessary expense, especially considering the pool was one of the main reasons I chose to book my stay here. Despite this, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
