I was shocked by how awful, miserable, unwelcoming, and horrible the staff member who 'greeted us' was; her deeply unpleasant demeanor completely ruined any positive aspects the place might have had.

We had a wonderful stay at Deniz Guesthouse in Budapest! We travelled to Hungary to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we really appreciated the kind and thoughtful gesture from the owner, who prepared a little surprise for us. It made our stay extra special. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any requests, such as needing a flat iron or a vacuum. We truly appreciated how accommodating and attentive they were throughout our stay. The location is excellent — very central and within walking distance of popular tourist attractions, including the famous New York Café. It is also very close to public transportation, including the metro and tram, making it very convenient to explore Budapest. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent location. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay at Deniz Guesthouse again on our next visit to Budapest! 🇭🇺
