The place is truly atmospheric and stunning—highly recommend it. The breakfast on the summer terrace surrounded by flowers is simple but tasty, and the coffee and cognac are top‑notch. The hotel’s décor really captures the vibe of Armenia, and the balcony view is gorgeous.

The location is great, just a 20‑minute walk to the Cascades. The staff are friendly and the garden feels like home.

The breakfast is generous and the restaurant setting is nice. The staff are enthusiastic and parking is convenient. The room is on the smaller side and the AC isn’t very powerful.

This isn’t just a hotel—it feels like a whole cultural center. Every moment here feels amazing. The view from the window is fantastic, the breakfasts are delicious, and the summer terrace café offers a pleasant atmosphere and great sight. The price is reasonable, and the staff speaking English is a big plus, especially since some locals we met were okay with speaking Russian to us Ukrainians, but that attitude wasn’t present here.

The interior is gorgeous, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean. You can also buy souvenirs on site. The fridge is a bit loud, which bothers me because I’m sensitive to noise.
