The place matched the photos exactly and the space was suitable for seven people, though the sofa was a bit cramped. The house stayed clean. The heating was a nightmare – we couldn't control it because the radiators were locked to “off‑freeze.” When we arrived around 16:00, only one radiator worked in the living area; by 22:15 there was no heating or hot water. I had to call the concierge, who boosted the radiators, but still no hot water that evening. The next morning at 07:00 the radiators stayed off‑freeze and it was cold; I waited until 09:00 to call the concierge again, who sent a technician that day. Finally we got a hot shower on Saturday night (we left the next morning). These heating and hot‑water issues ruined our stay with the discomfort and the three calls I had to make to the concierge in 24 hours. We had travelled a long way and were looking forward to enjoying the house, which is still very pleasant and well decorated, especially in summer.
