The roads are narrow and the parking space is not good there.

The location of this property is nice . The interior decor is very attractive. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay and ended up checking out on the 8th, a day earlier than my scheduled checkout on the 9th, because of the repeated lack of attention to basic guest needs. From arrival, several basic facilities were missing. There was no Wi-Fi information provided, and although the room was booked for two people, there were not even two tea cups or drinking glasses available. Only bath towels were provided, with no hand towels or face towels. There was also no hand wash or soap at the washbasin. These are very basic hygiene and hospitality requirements that I would expect any accommodation to provide. Breakfast was another significant concern. On the first morning, breakfast was simply provided without anyone checking what we would like or offering a menu or any choices. When I questioned this, the explanation given was that the staff member had apparently been working for 24 hours and may have forgotten. This is not an acceptable approach, particularly when food is involved. Guests may have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or other requirements, so food should not simply be served without checking. After I raised this concern, the following morning another breakfast was brought by the receptionist, again without asking us what we wanted, including the same juice as the previous day. At that point, we had already raised the issue and did not want to continue complaining. There was also an ironing board in the property, but no iron was provided when requested. I also observed staff sleeping in the corridor at night, which added to the overall impression of a lack of professionalism. Because of these repeated issues, I decided to leave one day early. Despite explaining my concerns, I was told that because I had booked , they could not refund the unused night, even though I had made the payment in cash at reception. Overall, my concern is not about luxury or expecting unnecessary extras
The room and bathroom were large and roomy, and everything was clean and comfortable overall. However, the toilet drain was clogged and water started to overflow, and the heaters weren't functioning correctly.
The place is clean and well maintained. Nothing else.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and met every request we had. The rooms were spotless and we felt right at home. No complaints at all.
