I never stayed there because the rooms were a pigsty. The place was in bad condition and the facilities were dirty; my room had a terrible smell and the cleanliness was awful.

It was close to the ballpark. The room smelled of smoke, there was no in‑room coffee, and the fixtures were cheap—the towel rack fell off the wall when I took a towel off.

The staff here is super friendly, which makes a big difference in my opinion. They're always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions you might have. Overall, I'd say this place is a great choice if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is one of its best features - it's right off the highway and just a short drive from Arrowhead stadium. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The hotel itself is pretty outdated and not exactly spotless, and the staff wasn't exactly the friendliest bunch I've ever met. The free breakfast was also a letdown.
