The hotel is close to my event, the staff are accommodating and friendly, and the room is clean; however, there is no elevator and our room has no AC.

We had a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for two people. Everything was nice and well kept, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to what I assume were the owners—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. There was a little mix-up with our reservation, but they handled it so quickly and professionally and made sure everything was taken care of with absolutely no hassle. They even gave us breakfast coupons, which was such a thoughtful gesture! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have a good experience. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

The room was clean. The breakfast was a simple snack in the hallway, not great, but you get what you paid for. The location is a bit sketchy because many homeless people are around, though it’s semi‑safe since the front door requires an access key. I didn’t like that the breakfast option is misleading.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, with paint tape on walls, and you can see a mix of new and old. When finished, it could be great. The staff are easy to reach and very friendly. The landing water and snack station is great, and I used it more than once when heading out the door. The fans and cooling in the room need improvement; the fan in my room moved air but didn’t isolate, so it cooled slower than it could have. Some rooms have a window fan and heater combo, others only a heater; mine only had a heater. A simple window fan in every room would have solved all my issues. I’d also add a sheer curtain so I can have airflow with some privacy instead of closing the heavy curtains.
