“Not upto the mark”

First room had a broken phone and no fridge; in the second room the TV was completely unusable.

“Little expensive for the overall hotel facilities and room size”

Breakfast food quality was good and the staff were helpful and cooperative, but the bed was small, the bathroom doors were too heavy, there was no natural air or light, and basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo were poorly managed.

“Not worth it”

I booked a suite but it had no suite amenities; the hotel was terrible, I wasted 7k on this, and I would advise anyone to avoid it.

“As we did not have comfortable sleep due to bad sagging mattresses we give it a poor rating”

The hotel supplied sagging mattresses in twin beds, with springs that pricked us; replacements were just as bad and sagging, so we had to remove them and use thin blankets on wooden cots to get any sleep over four nights. Other than that, the staff were very good, breakfast and food were good, and hygiene was fine, but the mattress quality forced us to give a low rating.
