Nothing good to mention. The room was missing a coffee maker as advertised, and the refrigerator/freezers were so frosted that nothing could be stored in them. The alarm clock didn’t work when I asked about the coffee maker. The front‑desk girl claimed Wisconsin state law forbade it, which isn’t true. The pool was unusable because of the loud, screaming kids running around; there were no adult swim hours. I had to pay a $200 deposit for two rooms that I hadn’t known about, even though I had already paid in full, and I will never stay at Best Western again.

Continue like that. The $100 deposit the establishment took for one night and apparently before retrieving it they conduct a credibility check on me.

Bed was comfortable. Not clean, pool hours, bar, locks didn’t work, poor service, no sports in sports bar, breakfast was poor

The pool and hot tub were nice, but the microwave was broken and the big door wouldn’t stay shut.
