The staff were very kind and the comfort level was high.

The staff were lovely, and the mix of Western and Asian food was good; breakfast was varied and free, the pool, gym, and spa were nice, and there were plenty of comfy seats and sofas everywhere. Sokhan in the lobby was a great character and very kind, and Sarong in the lobby was also sweet. The neighborhood was somewhat rundown with no good restaurants within walking distance, but it was safe and guarded.

I was really impressed by the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, and our room was lovely. However, be aware that it's about an hour's drive from the airport, which was a bit of a shock given the name of the hotel.

We were really impressed with the size of our room, how clean it was, and the comfy bed. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We knew it wasn't close to the new airport, but that was fine by us, and the free airport transfer was a nice bonus.
