“AVOID!! AVOID!! and AVOID!!”
There is nothing to like about this property; I still struggle to find words for what I liked. The staff was decent and helpful, but helpless because there were no facilities in this so‑called hotel.
First and foremost, the photo of the front facade shown while booking was inaccurate. The hotel sits in a narrow lane where even a scooter cannot pass, so imagine how narrow the road is where it is located; it is sandwiched between buildings. I booked the penthouse hoping for a good and comfortable stay, but all I got was an oversized room with a dusty floor, an oversized sofa at one end, and a setup that made it impossible to watch TV lying in bed because both the TV and the sofa are strategically positioned, forcing me to sit on the sofa to watch. Safety-wise, there is no manual latch inside the room, so anyone with the key can open and walk into your room—management should think about it seriously. The penthouse is next to the terrace where people can party, and if they are loud, it becomes a nuisance. I left for Mahakaal darshan at 7am only to find the staff sleeping on the floor and sofa, which is a very unwelcoming and disgusting sight. There is no provision of any food, so Zomato is the best you can rely on. I paid over INR 20,000 for two nights, and this is a big regret for me to have spent so much for so little—complete rip‑off.
